What types of products do you offer?

We offer a variety of cabinet lines to suit every budget:

What is included in the preliminary estimate?

Your complimentary estimate includes:

  • A detailed scope of work outlining all project components.

  • A preliminary cost estimate for building and/or installing your project.

  • A home/site visit from our team to take measurements and assess your space.

  • A one-hour consultation at our Loveland showroom, where we’ll discuss your project vision, review design concepts, and go over the budget. We’ll also answer any questions you may have about your project or our process.

When are payments due?

To move forward with your project, the first payment is due following the initial consultation and preliminary estimate. Please note that the final project cost may differ from the initial estimate if changes are made during the design phase.

If you opt for progress payments, installments are due as follows:

  • 10% of the estimated project cost is due after the project consultation and estimate to continue with your project. This retainer is applied toward your balance.

  • 50% of the project cost is due after design finalization, before materials are ordered.

  • 25% of the project cost is due after the cabinets are built and before installation.

  • The remaining balance is due after installation and upon substantial completion of your project.

What are your hours? Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?

Our showroom is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You’re welcome to walk in during regular hours, or call or email us to schedule an appointment. If you need to visit outside of those hours, please email info@jemcabinets.com.

How long is your lead time?

Our current lead time is typically 7 to 9 weeks from the time we receive your deposit to substantial project completion.

Do you offer a warranty? What is covered under your warranty?

Yes. Our workmanship is 100% guaranteed and covered by a one-year warranty. Additionally, all cabinets and products include the manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring they are free of defects. If JEM both supplies and installs your product, we will return to address and fix any product warranty issue—workmanship or product defect—at no additional cost. If JEM supplies materials only, we will facilitate the warranty process, order replacement parts, and have them shipped directly to you.

Do you offer design services?

Yes. As a design-build firm, we offer comprehensive design services. Our team of professional designers will collaborate with you from the preliminary estimate through final 3D renderings, and throughout the completion of your project.

Does JEM offer installation services?

Yes, we offer installation services.

Can I buy cabinets from JEM and install them myself or use my own installer?

Yes—you may buy just the cabinets. However, we strongly recommend using an experienced, professional cabinet installer to ensure proper installation, protect your warranty, and achieve the best possible results.
